Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Template to be aligned with actual processing. This policy must describe what the site and each app really do. Any category of data, processor or transfer that does not occur must be removed; any real processing that is missing must be added. The whole must then be reviewed by counsel.
1. Data controller
Tensly Solutions LLC, a company formed in New Mexico, United States, determines the purposes and means of the processing described below.
Contact: hello@tenslysolutions.com — postal address: registered agent address.
2. Data we collect
On this site
- Connection data: truncated IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent — kept in server logs.
- Correspondence: the content and contact details of messages you send us.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party script. Should that change, a consent mechanism will be in place before anything is stored.
In our apps
- Account: email address, identifier, authentication data.
- Content: the data you enter or import into the service.
- Technical usage: error logs and diagnostics needed to run the service.
- Billing: subscription and transaction history. Card details never pass through our servers: they are handled by the payment provider or the distribution platform.
Each app publishes its own privacy disclosure covering the data specific to it.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Processing | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Providing the service | Create and manage your account, run the features you ask for | Performance of the contract |
| Billing | Manage subscriptions, payments and refunds | Contract and legal obligation |
| Support | Answer requests and handle incidents | Legitimate interest |
| Security | Prevent fraud, abuse and intrusion | Legitimate interest |
| Technical logs | Diagnose failures and maintain availability | Legitimate interest |
| Accounting | Retain supporting records | Legal obligation |
4. Recipients and processors
We neither sell nor rent personal data. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Hosting: infrastructure provider — hosting of the apps and databases.
- Payment: Stripe / Apple / Google depending on the product — transactions and subscriptions.
- Email: email delivery provider — transactional and support email.
The current list of processors for each app is in its product documentation. Data may also be disclosed to an authority where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Tensly Solutions LLC is established in the United States. Some data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
The transfer mechanism actually relied upon — standard contractual clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, or another — must be confirmed and documented before the service goes live.
6. Retention periods
| Category | Period |
|---|---|
| Active account | For as long as the account exists |
| Deleted account | Erased within 30 days, save for legal obligations |
| Technical logs | 12 months maximum |
| Accounting records | As required by applicable law |
| Support correspondence | 3 years from the last exchange |
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
- In the app: account deletion and data export are available in your account settings.
- By email: hello@tenslysolutions.com. We reply within one month.
- For a question about your subscription or account, support answers faster: support@tenslysolutions.com.
If you live in the European Union you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.
8. Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and encrypted backups.
- Restricted administrative access, two-factor authentication, and a quarterly access review.
- Databases are not exposed to the public internet.
- Access logging and a written incident procedure, including notification where the law requires it.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and it will be deleted.
10. Changes
This policy may change. The date of the latest version appears at the top of the page. In the event of a material change, account holders are informed by email or in the app before it takes effect.
