1. Conformance status
Tensly Solutions LLC is committed to making its website accessible. tenslysolutions.com is partially conformant with RGAA 4.1 / WCAG 2.1 niveau AA.
“Partially conformant” means that a subset of criteria has been verified and passes, but that no full third-party audit has yet been carried out. We prefer that wording to a conformance claim nothing supports.
2. What was tested
Automated checks run on 2026-09-11 across 16 pages of the built site: 8 of 8 checks pass.

3. Known limitations
No blocking barrier was identified by the automated checks. Automated checks do not replace human testing: if you run into a difficulty, we want to hear about it.
Not covered at this stage: full screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), 200% text zoom and 400% page zoom verification, and contrast auditing of non-text interface components. These will be covered by a human audit.
4. Technologies used
HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. The site stays readable and navigable with JavaScript disabled: no content depends on it.
5. Report a barrier
If you cannot access a piece of content or a feature, write to us with the page concerned and the difficulty you met. We reply within two working days and tell you when a fix is expected.
6. Enforcement
If you find an accessibility failure that prevents you from accessing content and you do not get a satisfactory response from us, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country. In France, that is the Défenseur des droits.
