What the company carries.
Tensly Solutions LLC owns or licenses the rights to the apps it publishes, contracts in its own name, invoices, and supports its products.
Publishing an app under a company’s name binds that company. It means actually holding the rights to the code being distributed, collecting the revenue itself, keeping its own books, and carrying the obligations that come with it — tax, contractual and regulatory.
We chose this structure for that reason, not for appearances. Registration details are in the legal notice, and the exact legal name is the one used everywhere else.

We do not announce commitments we could not keep. When we do not know yet, we say so rather than stay vague.

Compliance is part of the product
An app that cannot explain what data it collects, who processes it and how to erase it is not finished. Those paths are tested before every release.

Your data is yours and stays exportable. We do not build locks whose only purpose is to make leaving expensive.
