A separate company, with its own contracts and obligations.
Legal frame
One identity, separate companies.
The group shares a name, a mark and a way of working. It does not share contracts: each activity signs, invoices and answers in its own name, and every contract names the company you are dealing with.
Projects in software, mobile, SaaS, AI and cloud engineering are contracted with Tensly Solutions LLC. Work with the agency in France is contracted with the agency’s own company.
